20% off every international order

To help offset shipping and customs charges, all orders delivered outside the United States receive 20% off. The discount is applied automatically, so the prices you see on our site already include it, with no code needed. And because import duty and tax are calculated on the price you pay, your discount lowers your customs charges too.

We're delighted to ship our sweaters to the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada. Each piece ships from the United States, so your country's customs authority charges import duty and taxes when your order arrives. Your government sets these charges, not us, and the delivery carrier collects them before or at delivery. We want you to know exactly what to expect before you order.

United Kingdom

Import duty of 10% and VAT of 20% apply to your discounted price plus shipping. Together they come to about 32% of that amount.

European Union

Import duty of 10.5% plus your country's VAT (19% to 25.5%) apply to your discounted price plus shipping. Together they come to about 31–39% of that amount.

Norway

Import duty of 10.7% and VAT of 25% apply to your discounted price plus shipping. Together they come to about 38% of that amount.

Switzerland

No import duty applies to clothing. Swiss VAT of 8.1% applies to your discounted price plus shipping.

Canada

Import duty of 18% applies to your discounted sweater price, plus GST or HST of 5% to 15% depending on your province. Together they come to about 24–36% of your discounted price.

Carrier handling fees. Most carriers also charge a small fee for collecting customs charges on your behalf. Postal services typically charge $10–$25; courier services such as UPS and DHL may charge more.

If you decline the import charges. If import charges are refused and your order is returned to us, we will refund the price of your sweater, less the cost of shipping it back to us.

These figures are estimates based on rates in effect as of October 2026. Customs authorities calculate charges in your local currency, so the final amount may vary slightly with exchange rates.
