Highly recommend this beautiful fisherman's sweater. It is a thick, warm, high-quality wool - perfect for layering. It is pure wool, so if you are sensitive to itchy things I recommend a layer underneath. It is still pretty soft though and I expect it to soften and wear nicely over time. You can tell it was made with quality materials and is well-knit. This a sweater you will have your entire life. It is professional enough to wear to work, warm enough to wear to a game at the Shoe, and perfect for a special gift. I ordered an XL and typically wear an L-XL in sweaters. It is oversized enough to layer what I want underneath with plenty of room for comfort.
I recommend adding the gift packaging option. It came in a beautiful box that I plan on keeping and felt special to unwrap and open.
Lastly, their customer service was outstanding. I had a question before purchase and there was a real person in the chat to answer me (not just some AI bot). Foster was super helpful and is one of the owners.
